How much will I make on each 3d model I sell?
You will get full 60% up to 70% royalty from each sold 3d model.
How it works?
- You need to be registered on 3DExport!
- You need to Upload content files and publish it in 3DExport's catalog for free.
- When the sum of means from your sold models will be $100 USD we will send money to you!
How often do I get paid?
We pay to our sellers once a month between 10th and 15th of the following month for sales during the previous month. As an example, you will be paid in the 15th April for all sales you got in March (or for previous months). Your income is sent through a method of payment which you have chosen. No payment will be sent to vendor if the royalty payment amounts is less than $100 USD. The sum will be brought forward until it exceeds $100 USD.

How do I send my banking details?
All that is necessary for you is in yours My Control Panel (Profile). Here you can add Banking Info and E-Payments (PayPal, Webmoney, etc.) for receptions of money for your sold models. Remember, without this info we can't send you money. Please enter the information carefully.
Can I start selling my 3d models without completing the Banking, Paypal or WebMoney info?
Yes, your payment method will be: Money on Hold. But we will be unable to send you the payment until we receive your Banking or Paypal details.
Why my model was deleted?
We reserve the right to itself to delete models which in our opinion should not be exposed in the catalogue. The possible reasons of removal a model:
- The model too low quality of performance, bad modelling, texturing, rendering.
- The model is not finished or not textured.
- Too dark renders.
- The model is stolen or does not belong to the seller.
- The author has asked to remove model from the catalogue.

What types of 3d models can I sell on 3DExport?
Any 3d models and textures that is in high quality. You will see the list of formats at addition of product.
How do I track my sales?
You can observe of your sales on a page of Sales Statistics. Statistic totally automatic.
Can I remove / edit my 3d model(s)?
Yes. You can do it at any time you want. Click on [edit] for editing your model(s). And the same as for removing models.
Can I change the author / vendor name?
No. You can't change name.
What do I have to do to start selling my 3d models?
Just registered here and start upload your 3d models for sale. Before addition, please read 'Submit' section.
I need get FTP access to upload my models/textures, what I should to do?
IF an FTP access is easier for you to upload, please contact us at sales@3dexport.com with a couple of images for our review.
How soon my model will appear in catalog?
Immediately. Right after uploading on our server, but please do note that we do review all submissions to ensure quality.
How to increase sales of my 3D models?
- Do include more then one file format. Many of our customers work with Cinema4D, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, Swift3D and less popular software. Including common formats such as 3DS and OBJ dramatically increases the sales of your models
- Include detailed descriptions
- Include meta keywords and descriptions when you will submit model
- Do the best you can to generate good looking previews, include more then one image and don't forget to include the image of the wirefram.
- You can submit animation of your models as well.

How long will it take Support to answer my support ticket?

How soon I shall receive the bought model?
To avoid fraud, we verify all orders manually. Verification usually takes 1-3 hours. After your order will pass fraud dept checks, you would be able to download a purchased model in your Orders section. Click on "Get it" link to download a model. If you will buy model(s) with total cost less than 15$, you will receive it immediately. Please note, buyers who have “Trusty” badge can download model(s) immediately, during 1 minute after finished an order.
I purchased a model, but it don't appear in my Orders section, what I should do?
As soon as possible Post support ticket to resolve this problem. Please, specify number of order and name of a model. You got this problem because your java script is disabled.
