This scene is Ready to render exactly as you see above (-see NOTE-) with MentalRay settings for FinalGather/HDRI ( HDRI map included!).

This model has been modeled with a clean topology and it is ready to be rigged and smoothable.

The lower level of detail has 4106 polygons.


The model is provided with 4096x4096 high resolution textures (.TGA):

FBX is directly exported from Maya with testures assigned
Obj is directly exported from Maya (.mtl included)

NOTE: The Fur is on the lion's head, under the legs and top of the tail, in the rest of the body is simulated by high resolution textures.
The Fur is made with Shave and Haircut for Maya 8.5 so you would need that software to render the fur out.

The Shave and Haircut Fur is included in all the MAYA formats.
The OBJ and FBX formats don't include the Shave and Haircut Fur but are included hair curves created by hair primitives (.mb) so you can use them as guides if you' re using another Fur/Hair plugin. I also included polygon hair obtained by Shave and HairCut hair primitives (.obj)
