Description:

This is a meticulously modelled factory building with two large chimney or cooling towers. It would fit a game environment and is low-poly enough to be rendered in real time.
At the same time, it includes valuable details that make it suitable for photorealistic renders, such as individually modelled bolts on the cisterns and a 100% modelled lattice floor on the catwalks (no alpha map transparency)
This model comes in three formats (.obj, .3ds, .lwo) for easy exporting to most 3D packages.
Only the .obj format has very basic material settings. However the model comes with high-resolution texture maps and has been carefully UV-mapped so as not to show seams under any angle.
