The following terms and conditions are placed for Sellers and Buyers:
1. You will only upload and add computer files that you own and have copyrights to.
2. You will not upload or add any computer files depicting pornography.
3. You agree to grant 3DExport.com web site the use of your products for advertising purposes and for display on this web site.
4. You agree to allow customers of 3DExport.com to download your computer files at the price specified for the product they are associated with.
5. You agree to grant end users of your computer files rights to use your computer files according to the terms and rules on this page.
6. You are entitled to a royalty free license to publicly use these files for display purposes. This may include but is not limited to such commercial mediums as film, television, and print.
7. Models and textures purchased from 3DExport.com can be used in video games as long as the buyer of your game does not have access to the individual models and textures purchased from 3DExport.com.
8. The license you are granted is non-transferable and non-exclusive. The author still retains full copyrights to the product you are downloading/purchasing. If the author of a product has listed additional terms and conditions in the product description or via a downloadable preview file then those terms and conditions apply as well.
9. You may not sell the computer files you obtained from 3DExport.com.
10. You agree to destroy any computer files that are returned to 3DExport.com for a refund and understand that you no longer have a license to use these computer files.
11. The license terms listed on this page do not apply to computer files that were obtained through fraudulent activity or theft of any kind.
