      <title>Armored Patrol Vehicle</title>

      <description><![CDATA[<a href="http://www.3dexport.com/details.php?image_id=5748"><img src="http://www.3dexport.com/models/simic3d/armored_patrol_vehicle/1_s.jpg" /></a><br><br><b>Price: $89.99</b><br><br>These are two models of an armored scout/transport prototype vehicle designed to replace the HMMWV - Military Humvee.<br />
One model is a low polygon(12047)version and the other is a high polygon(49339) model of the vehicle!<br />
<br />
These models were made in 3d Studio Max 8. All other formats have been exported from the 3ds max 8 file.<br />
All preview pictures are rendered using Mental Ray renderer in 3ds Max 8.<br />

All Parts are named. Dummies are used to manipulate the moving parts (Doors,Wheels-Rotation/Spinning,Steering Wheel, and one to move the whole vehicle). The model uses procedural materials so no texture files are needed. The render setup is included as seen in preview pictures.<br />

The model is setup using a SumD modifier(TurboSmooth or MeshSmooth) to easily control the models resolution.<br />

The textures are in jpg format and range form 1024x1024 (for the main parts) to 256x256 pixels (for dashboard dials and lights). There are also bump and specular maps for the textures.<br />
